Bob-O-Link Golf Course is a 36 hole golf facility open to the public. Bob-O-Link is well suited for all levels of golfers. Our 36 hole layout features 4 nine hole courses, The White Course, The Red Course, The Blue Course, and The Gold Course. This layout is well suited for leagues, outings, and open golf. The terrain is somewhat flat, which makes it a good layout to walk. Pull carts and riding carts are available.

Maria's Field of Hope was planted to gracefully draw attention to the lack of funding for childhood cancer. The field was inspired by the memory and spirit of Maria McNamara, planted as a way to love and honor the courageous children who are battling cancer and those we have lost.
Located on Route 83 in Avon, Miller Nature Preserve rests on 78 acres of wooded land in the heart of Avon. Much of the property was donated by longtime Avon resident, Buddy Miller in memory of his late wife Alice Fowles. A Visitor Center is nestled between trees and the winding French Creek and includes a cafe, a gift shop and a demonstration kitchen for cooking classes. The highlight of this preserve is the 5,000 square foot conservatory, the first in Lorain County. Bring your family and friends and camera to capture the beauty inside and outside.
Northgate Park encompasses nearly 14 acres located off Colorado Avenue (SR 611) on Eaton Drive. There are a multitude of activities offered at the park including an outdoor fitness track (long track = 2,849 ft, short track = 1,715 ft), playground, fishing pond, sled riding hill & outdoor skating rink during the winter months, sand volleyball, soccer fields and green space for play. Â Additionally, across the street from the park is theÂ Avon Community CenterÂ which is available for rental.

The 67.8 acre park consists of the largest number of soccer fields in the city, a 90-foot baseball field, playground, basketball courts, sand volleyball, restrooms and 2 pavilions with grills and picnic tables. The park is home to 4 baseball fields, 3 softball fields, 2 soccer fields, 2 football fields, 1 practice field, a fishing pond, playground, 2 pavilions with grills and a concession/restroom building. The city has recently acquired an additional 18.5 acres at this location bringing the park to 97.9 acres. Fields are available for rental. The park is also home to the annual Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival.
